How Control Desiccators Work
Our Control Desiccators are using an innovative method to permanently maintain the humidity in the desiccators at an adjustable value (15% to 95% r.h.). With our automatic Control-Unit and the silica gel contained therein, the target humidity is achieved with a tolerance of approx. ± 5%.

Special desiccant pearls absorb the moisture from the interior and release it to the ambient air.
Conversely, the humidity is drawn from the ambient air by the desiccant pearls and supplied to the interior.
The process is supported by heating the desiccant pearls and a small fan.
