Every year, a couple of trainees start their working life at the owner of the brands BOLA (high-quality PTFE products) and SICCO (functional desiccators) located in Gruensfeld in the Main-Tauber region.
Also this September, two young men have commenced their training at Bohlender GmbH, the specialist for laboratory products. With this quantity of trainees, Bohlender GmbH is countrywide above-average.
For many years, the internal training of junior staff has been essential for the manufacturer who is positioned successfully in the laboratory market for 50 years.
Bohlender’s formula for success is recruiting junior employees from its own ranks: Every year, young and enthusiastic people are trained as real professionals in the treatment of fluoroplastics.
The company’s self conception is that a trainee does not stay in only one department of the company for the whole period of his training. Each trainee changes between the different departments to learn about the internal procedures and to get an insight into the global concept of Bohlender.
