BOLA day of experience 2005

High-rope-course "Forest Jump" costs quite an effort

Cat-Walk, Burma-Bridge or Pamperpole - these terms were introduced to the BOHLENDER staff during their day in the high-rope-course of Rippberg near Wallduern. Acting on the maxim "Challenge by choice", the morning was spent in a team course in which teamwork, communication and creative troubleshooting were very important. In the afternoon the high-rope-course offered many possibilities to find out personal limitations and to define courage in a new way. For example one could climb on a tree of approx. 10 metres height and jump down or balance on a tree-trunk which was fixed vertically in a height of 6 metres. Of course the safety had upper priority during this day. Each person was backed up numerously and each action was supervised by special coaches. After having passed the varied course, the day was finished with a barbecue.
