On 5th February 2010 Bohlender GmbH celebrated a special anniversary: Staff members Raimund Heber and Walter Bausback were honoured for their long-time employment. Both have remained loyal to the internationally reputed enterprise, known for professional labware of the brand BOLA and drying cabinets and desiccators of the brand SICCO, for 30 years.
On 15th January 1980, Raimund Heber joined the upcoming enterprise as first commercial employee. Now, about 30 years later, he is predominantly responsible for the support of the most important BOLA and SICCO customers.
On 4th February 1980, Walter Bausback started his first day of work at the manufacturer of labware made of PTFE (better known as TEFLON from DuPont) and other high-performance plastics. The original production worker is now dealing with customizations and prototyping. His son has also been working at Bohlender GmbH for three years now.
Managing director Volker Bohlender has invited company founder Hermann Bohlender and the closest colleagues to the ceremony. In his laudation, he dignified the commitment of the deserved employees. Being loyal to an enterprise for the long period of 30 years was definitely a reason to celebrate. With commitment and competence, Raimund Heber and Walter Bausback had participated in the continuous upward trend of the brands BOLA and SICCO and contributed to keep Bohlender GmbH on the road of success even in hard economic situations.
Volker Bohlender thanked his long-time staff members for their work with a gratification and a bunch of flowers. Then they together looked back at the highlights of the past 30 years.
