Grünsfeld. This year, too, the traditional end-of-year party of the manufacturer of professional laboratory supplies made of high-performance plastics falls victim to the Corona pandemic. Nevertheless, Managing Director Volker Bohlender expressed his gratitude to six long-serving employees for their commitment to the company.
Marco Brennfleck, who also completed his training as an industrial mechanic at the company, has been working for Bohlender GmbH for five years. Sebastian Sommer has been responsible for the IT sector for five years. In addition, he is in charge of sales for Eastern and Northern Germany. As key account manager, he is also in charge of major customers such as BASF and Bayer AG. David Arnold has also been part of the Bohlender team for five years and manages incoming and outgoing goods in the logistics department.
Bianca Schweizer can already look back on 10 years of employment. In March 2011, Volker Bohlender hired the trained marketing clerk as assistant to the management. Since then, in addition to general secretarial duties, she has been responsible for staff time recording and various marketing tasks. Rainer Brehm has also been with Bohlender for 10 years. The conventional production of laboratory products as well as various assembly work are part of his daily tasks in production.
Viktor Merk was hired 20 years ago for producing PTFE tubes and rods from fine powder. Since that time, he has been equipping and operating RAM extruders and PTFE presses for the production of semi-finished products for the further production of high-quality laboratory products made of plastics.
Volker Bohlender thanked his employees individually with a short review of their respective careers in the company and presented them a gift in recognition of their loyalty.
